Bump It Up

So I've been trying to make sure to keep up with my running through the last week. I actually did a fairly good job: I ran 6 days out of 7, and on Sunday we had a morning hike all together. This week is still waiting to pick up...I forgot to get out yesterday, but tonight should be another family run when the Husband gets off work.
My timings are looking a little bit slower than normal, but considering I haven't done too much more than 3 miles at a go, I'm still working my way back up to my usual distance and pacing.

What are my goals for this week? Well, 7 days of running is already out the window, but I do have a few things I'd like to plan on:
1) Do both our Tuesday and Thursday family runs...possibly make one of them longer than usual.
2) Do some speedwork on my 1-milers to get my pace a bit better.
3) Get in a 5-6 mile run over the weekend.

That said, this weekend is adventure time! E is spending the night with his grandparents on Saturday, so the Husband and I are planning on having a fun day out. Something we can't usually do with E in tow. Suggestions? I'm thinking something like Dover Castle or a hike on the Ridgeway or some fun time in London. Time to get planning!
